Domestic Purchases Only

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, merchandise purchased domestically (United States and Canada only) from NewBreedGirl.com can be returned for refund, exchange or E-Gift Card. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from international orders at this time.
 
You must contact us regarding your intent to return or exchange within 10 days of receipt. E-mail customerservice@newbreedgirl.com to obtain your authorization number and further instructions. The purchased merchandise must arrive at our office within 14 days of the date we issue your return authorization. If your authorized return is received after the alloted 14 days, you will only be refunded in an E-Gift Card for use only on NewbreedGirl.com. All merchandise received for a return must be in brand new condition and must be unused or unworn. All returns must also include the authorization number issued, original packaging and labels along with the filled out return form in order to be considered for a return or exchange. Returns that are received in unacceptable condition will be returned and no refund will be issued.

Steps for Returns/ Exchange

Step 1
Within 10 days of receiving your order, e-mail Newbreed Girl at customerservice@newbreedgirl.com to obtain your return authorization information. We will issue a return authorization number and instructions.
Step 2
Please write the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package so that it will be go to the returns department. All packages without an return authorization number are subject to refusal. We must receive your merchandise within 14 days of the date your return authorization information is issued. Merchandise received after this time will only be eligible for refund in the form of an E-Gift Card for use on NewBreedGirl.com.
Step 3
All returns should be properly packaged, with all the labels and packaging the item(s) arrived with. You must also include the filled out return form. Please keep a copy for your personal records. You are free to use whichever shipping method you prefer, but we will not be held liable for items that are lost, rifled or damaged in transit.
Step 4
You may expect return services to be completed within three to five business days after we receive the merchandise. Once return services are complete, we will send you an email confirming the transaction.

Return Postage Issue
You will be responsible for any postage associated with a return or exchange. If you receive faulty merchandise or an incorrect item, we may cover the postage - please contact us via e-mail or telephone using the contact information above for details. Please follow all return shipping instructions above for either reason for return.
