About Children - Under 13: NewBreedGirl.com is not directed to children under the age of 13. Our website does not accept registration or orders by anyone under 13 and we will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. We have taken commercially reasonable steps to restrict use of this site to those who are at least 13 years old. We do not sell products for purchase by children and all children's products we sell are for purchase by adults only, or with adult permission.

NewBreed Girl believes in providing the best service for our customers because we stand behind our products. Every order is important to us and we want to make sure that your order not only arrives on time but is of the best quality. For more information on our shipping policy, please continue reading. NewBreed Girl.com currently ships only to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom (except Channel Islands). If you live in any other country than those listed, please be patient because we are planning to expand our international shipping. We use several different methods of shipping depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated by the size of the package, weight, destination and shipping method, so shipping rates vary and we have no control on pricing. Allowances should be made for orders made in the weekend or national holidays. Keep in mind, merchandise brought outside the U.S. may result in additional customs taxes, duty fees and/or brokerage fees upon delivery. NewBreed Girl will not reimburse you for any additional fees and we encourage customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order.

Once we have received your order, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process and package your order. We will send an e-mail once we have shipped your order. If we do not have an item in stock, we will contact you through e-mail within a few days with further instructions.

For Domestic Orders:

United States

For orders made in the U.S., we offer both USPS (United States Post Office) and UPS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. The shipping rates range depending on where your order is being shipped to within the US. The shipping rates displayed are calculated based upon their standard fees and the accumulated weight of the item(s) being purchased.

US Post Office: Delivery in 5-8 days.

UPS-Ground: Delivery in 1-5 business days.

UPS-3 Day Select: Delivery in 3 business days with delivery typically by the end of the day.

UPS-2^nd Day Air: Delivery in 2 business days with delivery typically by the end of the day. Some locations require additional transit time like Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS-Next Day Air Saver: Delivery by next business day with delivery typically by 3 p.m.

UPS-Next Day Air: Delivery by next business day with delivery typically by 10:30 a.m.

UPS-Next Day Air Early A.M.: Delivery by next business day with delivery as early as 8 a.m.

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing and packaging. Plan accordingly, the processing and packaging process is in addition to the shipping time. NewBreed Girl cannot be held responsible for any shipment delays and will not be liable for any consequential loss due to late or failed delivery.

We will send an e-mail once we have shipped your order. Packages delivered with UPS are trackable. Unfortunately, US Post Office does not offer any tracking information, and are not guaranteed.

Canada

We offer UPS shipping for orders made within Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. Shipping rates are calculated based upon location, package size, shipping method and weight.

UPS-Canada Standard: Delivery in 7-10 business days with delivery typically by the end of the day.

UPS-Worldwide Expedited: Delivery in 2-5 business days with delivery typically by the end of the day.

UPS-Worldwide Express Saver: Delivery in 1-3 business days with delivery typically by the end of the day.

UPS-Worldwide Expedited: Delivery in 2-5 business days with delivery typically by the end of the day.

UPS-Worldwide Express Saver: Delivery in 1-3 business days with delivery typically by the end of the day.

UPS-Worldwide Express: Delivery in 1-3 business days with delivery typically by 10:30 a.m. or 12 p.m.

Royal Air 1^st Class Signed For Delivery**: Delivery in 1-3 business days.

We will send an e-mail once we have shipped your order. Packages delivered with UPS are trackable. Unfortunately, we do not offer tracking information with Royal Air 1st class mail. Merchandise shipped outside the U.S. may result in additional customs, taxes, duty fees and/or brokerage fees upon delivery and NewBreed Girl will not pay for any additional fees/charges that may be incurred. We encourage customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order.

**If you choose Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery as your shipping method, a signature is required upon receiving your package. Your package should arrive from 1-3 business days. If you miss your delivery, a card with instructions will be left on what to do.

Pricing Policy

NewBreed Girl reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices are finalized at the date of the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

We try to process orders as soon as possible, so once an order is in our system, we cannot allow any modifications or cancellations.
